Ingredients
- 5 oz red wine
- 1/2 oz triple sec (or orange liqueur)
- 1/2 oz chambord (or blackberry liqueur)
- 1/2 Tbsp simple syrup
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice (if needed)
Instructions
- Combine the red wine, triple sec, and chambord in a bowl, then pour the mixture into ice trays. Freeze for 2 hours.
- After freezing, transfer the wine cubes to a blender, along with the frozen fruit.
- Pulse for a few seconds to break everything apart, then blend on high until smooth, about 45 seconds.
- Add ice if the slushie is not quite frozen enough, then blend again until smooth.
- Pour the slushie into a chilled stemless wine glass and garnish with extra frozen fruit, if desired. Serve immediately.
