Ingredients

  • 5 oz red wine
  • 1/2 oz triple sec (or orange liqueur)
  • 1/2 oz chambord (or blackberry liqueur)
  • 1/2 Tbsp simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ice (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Combine the red wine, triple sec, and chambord in a bowl, then pour the mixture into ice trays. Freeze for 2 hours.
  2. After freezing, transfer the wine cubes to a blender, along with the frozen fruit.
  3. Pulse for a few seconds to break everything apart, then blend on high until smooth, about 45 seconds.
  4. Add ice if the slushie is not quite frozen enough, then blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour the slushie into a chilled stemless wine glass and garnish with extra frozen fruit, if desired. Serve immediately.
