Berry Fizz Delight
A delightful twist on a classic fizz with a fruity sweetness and a light, creamy foam topping.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- A little less than 2/3 cup sugar
- A little less than 1 3/4 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries)
- Ice
- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 large egg white
Instructions
- To make the berry syrup, blend the water, sugar, and berries until smooth, then strain the mixture and refrigerate.
- Chill a large coupe glass.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, lemon juice, 1 ounce of berry syrup, heavy cream, and egg white.
- Shake vigorously and strain into the coupe glass.
- Discard the ice, return the drink to the shaker, and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour into the coupe and serve immediately.
