Ingredients

  • 0.75 cups crushed ice
  • 3 ounces bourbon
  • 1.50 cups peach ice cream
  • 8 ounces chopped, peeled ripe peaches (from 2 to 3 peaches)
  • 4 dashes peach bitters
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mint sprig, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill two rocks glasses.
  2. In a blender, combine the crushed ice, bourbon, peach ice cream, chopped peaches, peach bitters, and salt.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add several ice cubes to each rocks glass.
  5. Pour the peach shake over the ice in each glass.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint, if desired.
