Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz blue curacao
  • Optional garnish: pineapple wedge & cocktail umbrella

Instructions

  1. Place ice in a blender.
  2. Add pineapple juice, sweet and sour mix, cream of coconut, light rum, and blue curacao to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
