Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz French vodka (e.g., Grey Goose)
  • 2 oz strawberries and raspberries syrup
  • 0.75 oz coconut water
  • 0.75 oz sparkling water
  • Few mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine the French vodka, strawberries and raspberries syrup, and coconut water in a shaker.
  2. Add ice to fill the shaker about two-thirds full.
  3. Shake the mixture for approximately 10 seconds to chill and aerate the cocktail.
  4. Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
  5. Strain the prepared cocktail over the ice in the glass.
  6. Add 0.75 oz of sparkling water to the glass.
  7. Garnish the cocktail with a few mint leaves.
