Ingredients
- 2 oz Kahlúa
- 2 oz homemade eggnog (or store-bought)
- 1 oz vodka
- 0.50 oz cinnamon syrup
- Optional garnishes: ground cinnamon, cinnamon stick, star anise
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Dip the rim of a lowball glass into water, then into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the Kahlúa, eggnog, vodka, and cinnamon syrup. Shake for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and add additional ice if desired.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick or star anise.
