Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Milk
- Rosemary Sprig (garnish)
Instructions
- Pour the room temperature milk into a large measuring glass.
- In a small measuring glass, mix together the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, and Triple Sec.
- Slowly add the gin punch into the large measuring glass filled with milk.
- The liquid should curdle, and the milk solids should separate and rise to the top of the mixture.
- Strain the punch through a sieve, and then pass the strained liquid through a fine coffee filter, discarding the filter filled with milk solids.
- Pour the clarified milk punch into a cocktail glass filled with ice, and serve garnished with a rosemary sprig.
