Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup, for rimming
  • Finely chopped toasted almonds, for rimming
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz. cream of coconut (Coco López)
  • 1/2 oz. amaretto liqueur
  • 1 oz. half and half
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rim martini glasses with chocolate syrup and chopped almonds, then chill.
  2. In a shaker, combine vodka, coconut rum, cream of coconut, amaretto, and half and half.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about 30 seconds until cold.
  4. Drizzle more chocolate inside glasses and strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass to serve.
