Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. blackstrap rum
  • 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. aged rum
  • 1/4 oz. Campari
  • 1/4 oz. cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz. demerara syrup
  • 1 tsp. crème de cacao
  • 5 drops saline solution (10:1 salt to water)
  • Grated nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine blackstrap rum, pineapple juice, aged rum, Campari, cold brew coffee concentrate, fresh lime juice, demerara syrup, crème de cacao, and saline solution.
  2. Add ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the mixture into an ice-filled glass.
  5. Grate nutmeg over the top of the drink for garnish.
