- 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 3 tbsp evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1.50 fl oz Puerto Rican rum
- Cinnamon sugar for garnish
- Cinnamon stick for garnish

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Add the Puerto Rican rum and stir until fully incorporated.
- Strain the liquid using a fine mesh strainer to remove any clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Refrigerate the coquito for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to enhance the flavors.
