Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dairy-free condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup whisky (Jameson's Whisky recommended)
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup soya cream or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce or 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee (mixed with a little water to make a paste)

Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder), vanilla extract, and instant coffee in a cup until the coffee has dissolved.
  2. Combine the mixture with the dairy-free condensed milk, dairy-free milk, and soya cream in a blender.
  3. Blend the ingredients together and wait for the condensed milk to cool if homemade.
  4. Add the measured whisky and blend briefly.
  5. Pour the liqueur into a 1-liter container and chill in the fridge.
  6. To serve, shake the bottle and pour the liqueur over ice or add it to hot chocolate for a touch of luxury.
