Ingredients

  • 1/6 cup almond milk (2 oz)
  • 1/3 cup cream of coconut (4 oz)
  • 1/3 - 2/3 cup vegan condensed coconut milk (4-8 oz)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp star anise extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 - 2/3 cup barbancourt rhum or rum flavoring (4-8 oz)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture into a bottle.
