  • 1 big scoop (about 1/3 cup) Dairy-Free Coconut Milk Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) gold rum

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen pineapple chunks, dairy-free coconut milk ice cream, pineapple juice, and gold rum in a blender.
  2. Puree the ingredients until relatively smooth, keeping some bits of coconut and pineapple for texture.
