Ingredients

  • 1 orange slice
  • 1.50 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup sweetened cranberry juice
  • 3 oz champagne
  • 7 fresh cranberries
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Run the orange slice around the rim of a champagne flute.
  2. Place the sugar on a shallow dish, and dip the wet champagne flute into the sugar.
  3. Carefully pour the cranberry juice into the flute.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with champagne.
  5. Garnish with fresh cranberries and add a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
