Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 ounces eggnog
  • 1 ounce RumChata
  • 1 ounce Frangelico
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (freshly grated)
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Spread maple syrup on a small plate and mix brown sugar and cinnamon on another plate.
  2. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the maple syrup, then immediately dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Set the glass aside.
  3. In a drink shaker, combine eggnog, RumChata, and Frangelico. Gently swirl until mixed.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
