Festive Rompope Delight
Rompope is a beloved holiday beverage in Mexico, with a rich and creamy texture similar to eggnog. This delightful drink is made by infusing milk and eggs with vanilla and a touch of citrus zest. Rompope is then spiked with aguardiente, a traditional Mexican spirit, for a festive kick. The finished drink is often served with a luscious dollop of whipped cream and enjoyed by both Mexicans and non-Mexicans during the Christmas season.
