Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 oz Smirnoff Red Vodka
- 0.50 oz Martini Rosso Vermouth
- 2 oz cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ice
- grated chocolate to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the sugar and cayenne pepper on a saucer. Dampen the rim of a martini glass and dip it into the sugar-cayenne mix.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Smirnoff Red Vodka, Martini Rosso Vermouth, cream, cocoa powder, and one to two teaspoons of the sugar-cayenne mixture based on your desired level of spiciness.
- Shake well for 30 seconds, then strain the mixture into the prepared glass and sprinkle with grated chocolate if desired.
