Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup water
  • 0.50 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 4 oz apple cider
  • 4 oz club soda or seltzer
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free simple syrup
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Create the simple syrup by combining water, sugar substitute, and rosemary in a small saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until the sugar substitute is fully dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and let the simple syrup cool for about 30 minutes. Discard the rosemary sprig.
  3. In a highball glass, mix the apple cider, club soda (or seltzer), and sugar-free simple syrup.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, if desired.
