Fizzy Rosemary Sparkler
A light and refreshing mocktail with apple cider, club soda, and a hint of rosemary.
Ingredients
- 0.50 cup water
- 0.50 cup sugar substitute
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 oz apple cider
- 4 oz club soda or seltzer
- 1 tbsp sugar-free simple syrup
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Create the simple syrup by combining water, sugar substitute, and rosemary in a small saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until the sugar substitute is fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the simple syrup cool for about 30 minutes. Discard the rosemary sprig.
- In a highball glass, mix the apple cider, club soda (or seltzer), and sugar-free simple syrup.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, if desired.
