Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 0.75 ounces bourbon
  • 0.75 ounces Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
  • 0.75 ounces Aperol
  • 0.75 ounces fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the bourbon, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, Aperol, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  4. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
