Ingredients

  • 1 oz El Tesoro(tm) Single Barrel Tequila
  • 0.50 oz apple brandy
  • 0.33 oz lemon juice
  • 0.33 oz lime juice
  • 0.67 oz Pomegranate-Piloncillo Syrup
  • Freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine El Tesoro(tm) Single Barrel Tequila, apple brandy, lemon juice, lime juice, and Pomegranate-Piloncillo Syrup.
  2. Zest a touch of fresh ginger into the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients until chilled.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled double Old-Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with a dried apple slice and a few pomegranate seeds.
