Ingredients
- 1 scoop Candy Cane Ice Cream
- 3 oz dairy-free eggnog (Silk soy nog)
- 2 oz vanilla vodka (optional - Three Olives Cake vodka)
- Ginger ale (Zevia) to top
- Crushed candy canes for garnish
- Whole candy cane for a "swizzle stick"
Instructions
- Place 1 scoop of Candy Cane ice cream in a large glass.
- Top with eggnog and vodka.
- Pour ginger ale on top in two pours, allowing the fizz to settle in between.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Stir together using a whole candy cane and serve.
