Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Candy Cane Ice Cream
  • 3 oz dairy-free eggnog (Silk soy nog)
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka (optional - Three Olives Cake vodka)
  • Ginger ale (Zevia) to top
  • Crushed candy canes for garnish
  • Whole candy cane for a "swizzle stick"

Instructions

  1. Place 1 scoop of Candy Cane ice cream in a large glass.
  2. Top with eggnog and vodka.
  3. Pour ginger ale on top in two pours, allowing the fizz to settle in between.
  4. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
  5. Stir together using a whole candy cane and serve.
