  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Blue Curacao
  • 1 tbsp Vodka (or Light Rum)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • Coconut Flakes (for rimming glass)
  • Light Corn Syrup (for rimming glass)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by dipping the rim in corn syrup and then in coconut flakes.
  2. In a blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, and cream of coconut until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
