Ingredients
- 1 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Jamaican white rum (Habitation Velier Forsyths WP 502 preferred)
- 1 barspoon fruit preserves (Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserves preferred)
- 2 oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, chilled
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine the fruit preserves, Campari, and rum over ice.
- Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Top the drink with chilled Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water.
