Ingredients

  • 1 oz Campari
  • 3/4 oz Jamaican white rum (Habitation Velier Forsyths WP 502 preferred)
  • 1 barspoon fruit preserves (Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserves preferred)
  • 2 oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, chilled

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the fruit preserves, Campari, and rum over ice.
  2. Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
