Ingredients

  • 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, crushed finely
  • 2 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 1 1/5 oz crème de coco liqueur
  • Dillons Ginger bitters
  • 2 to 3 oz half and half cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in gingerbread syrup, then into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs.
  2. Carefully add 2 ice cubes to the prepared glass.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gingerbread syrup, crème de coco, 2 dashes of ginger bitters, and cream.
  4. Shake the mixture well and strain it into the prepared cocktail glass.
  5. Gently sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
