Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup chilled grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz chilled gin
  • 1/2 oz chilled elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain)
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • 2 2/3 oz spiked grapefruit seltzer, chilled
  • Grapefruit peel strips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the chilled grapefruit juice, gin, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until well chilled.
