Ingredients

  • Small handful of mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig to garnish
  • 0.67 oz elderflower cordial
  • 0.67 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • Ice
  • 0.83 oz soda water
  • 4 oz prosecco
  • 1 lime wedge, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Gently bruise the mint by scrunching it in your hands and place it in the bottom of a large wine glass.
  2. Pour the elderflower cordial and Tanqueray London Dry Gin over the mint and let it infuse for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Pour the soda water and prosecco over the ice.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with the lime wedge and mint sprig before serving.
