Ingredients

  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce mango juice
  • Ice
  • 6 to 8 frozen mango chunks

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves at the bottom of a shaker and gently muddle to release the flavor.
  2. Pour gin, simple syrup, and mango juice into the shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Place frozen mango chunks at the bottom of your glass.
  6. Pour the drink from the shaker over the frozen mango chunks and garnish with mint.
