Maple Whisky Dream
Indulge in the smooth and deceptively strong Canadian classic, Maple Whisky Dream, perfect for your holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 1/2 tbsp Canadian whisky
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 tbsp of the heavy cream with the sweetened condensed milk, and whisk in the vanilla extract and cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Mix in the maple syrup and stir until melted and completely combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in the remaining heavy cream and whisky.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes on the counter, then whisk once more.
- Using a funnel, immediately pour the mixture into a bottle with a seal.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
- Shake well before serving and enjoy responsibly within 10 days of making.
