Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rooster Rojo blanco tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • Dry tonic (to top off)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine Rooster Rojo blanco tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, egg white, and matcha powder.
  2. Shake well and strain the drink, discarding the ice.
  3. Perform a dry shake - shake the mixture again without ice to aerate the egg white.
  4. Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice.
  5. Top with dry tonic water.
