A hot gin-based cocktail inspired by The Lord of the Rings, featuring the flavors of white tea, London dry gin, elderflower liqueur, and a touch of honey syrup and orange flower water.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz White Tea
  • 1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Homemade Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Flower Water

Instructions

  1. Place a white tea bag in a mug.
  2. Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil.
  3. Pour 3 oz boiling water into mug over tea bag.
  4. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove tea bag.
  6. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, honey syrup, and orange flower water.
  7. Stir for 5-10 seconds.
