Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 2 tbsp packed mint leaves
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar, plus more as desired
  • 1 1/2 oz mango rum
  • 1/2 cup tonic water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the sliced peaches, mint leaves, and sugar together for about a minute.
  2. Add the mango rum and muddle again until combined.
  3. Add the tonic water and ice to the glass, then stir everything together to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness, adding more sugar if desired.
  5. Squeeze half a lime into the glass and stir.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
