Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 2 tbsp packed mint leaves
- 2 tsp granulated sugar, plus more as desired
- 1 1/2 oz mango rum
- 1/2 cup tonic water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 lime
Instructions
- In a glass, muddle the sliced peaches, mint leaves, and sugar together for about a minute.
- Add the mango rum and muddle again until combined.
- Add the tonic water and ice to the glass, then stir everything together to combine.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness, adding more sugar if desired.
