Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Skyy Vodka (or preferred)
  • 1.50 oz. Peach Liqueur
  • 1 cup Fresh peach slices (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
  • 3 tbsp. Cranberry Juice
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine peaches, vodka, peach liqueur, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a martini glass.
  3. In the blender, combine raspberries and cranberry juice. Blend until smooth, then strain through a sieve to remove the seeds.
  4. Use a teaspoon to swirl around 2 tbsp. of the raspberry mixture into the peach mixture.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
