Ingredients
- 3 oz pisco
- 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 fresh egg white
- 1 dash Angostura or Amargo bitters
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white without ice. Seal the shaker.
- Shake the mixture vigorously until the egg white becomes foamy, approximately 10 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again very hard until well-chilled, about 10 seconds.
