Ingredients
- 2 oz pisco
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: Angostura bitters
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white, and shake vigorously without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass or a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters, and create a simple design by swirling the bitters using a straw or toothpick.
