Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1/6 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1.50-2 tbsp liquid honey (or other vegan substitute)
- 1/2 cup milk (almond milk, soy milk, or any other dairy-free alternative works well too!)
Instructions
- Place the ice cubes, instant coffee, pureed pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, liquid honey, and milk into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the frappe into a glass and optionally garnish with a pinch of instant coffee on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
