Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlua
  • 1 tablespoon vodka
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin spice cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the ingredients for the pumpkin spice cream and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill a glass with ice.
  4. Pour in the Kahlua and vodka, then top with 1 1/2 tablespoons of pumpkin spice cream.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
