A vibrant and refreshing cocktail with the delightful flavors of raspberries and sparkling beverages.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Raspberry Schnapps, to taste
- 2 oz Raspberry Syrup
- 6 oz Hefeweizen beer
- 3 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- Ice cubes
- Optional:
- Fresh Raspberries and Mint Leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, let the frozen raspberries thaw slightly and mix them with powdered sugar.
- Pour raspberry schnapps and raspberry syrup over the raspberries and let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add the Hefeweizen beer and champagne or sparkling wine to the pitcher.
- Just before serving, add ice cubes and gently stir the punch.
- Serve in individual glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
