Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • Raspberry Schnapps, to taste
  • 2 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 6 oz Hefeweizen beer
  • 3 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional:
  • Fresh Raspberries and Mint Leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, let the frozen raspberries thaw slightly and mix them with powdered sugar.
  2. Pour raspberry schnapps and raspberry syrup over the raspberries and let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Add the Hefeweizen beer and champagne or sparkling wine to the pitcher.
  4. Just before serving, add ice cubes and gently stir the punch.
  5. Serve in individual glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
