Sage Swizzle Delight
This tropical and wintry cocktail, named "Sage Swizzle Delight," is a unique concoction of Old Tom Gin, apple cider, and a blend of delightful flavors. It's a playful twist on the classic tiki drinks, with layers of sage and fruity notes, finished off with a drizzle of light-bodied red wine. The recipe is inspired by Jim McCourt's "The 56 Swizzle" but with a personalized touch, bringing together the flavors of the 39th parallel in Paonia.
