Ingredients
- 1/8 cup oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp honey
- 3/4 cup whisky
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats and water in a bowl or jug, stirring well. Cover and let it soak for 24 hours.
- Strain out the oats, preserving the liquid. Use a fine tea strainer or muslin cloth, ensuring all liquid is extracted from the oats.
- Mix the honey into the oat liquid.
