Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz Bianco Vermouth (preferably Bordiga Vermouth Bianco)
- 3/4 oz Suze
- 3/4 oz Calvados (preferably Roger Groult)
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit (chilled)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the grapefruit soda in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake the mixture until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top it off with chilled grapefruit soda.
