Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 oz Bianco Vermouth (preferably Bordiga Vermouth Bianco)
  • 3/4 oz Suze
  • 3/4 oz Calvados (preferably Roger Groult)
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit (chilled)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the grapefruit soda in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  4. Top it off with chilled grapefruit soda.
