Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aviation American gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz hibiscus-infused simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Candied hibiscus flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, hibiscus simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Perform a hard, dry shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Add a scoop of ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass using a cocktail strainer.
