Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
  • 2 ounces Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Agave Nectar
  • 2 ounces Sparkling Grapefruit Soda Water
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Grapefruit Wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spread kosher salt on a small plate. Rim the edge of a low ball glass with a grapefruit wedge and dip the rim into the salt.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice, add vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, and agave. Shake vigorously until well combined.
  3. Fill the salt-rimmed glass with ice, then strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  4. Top with sparkling grapefruit soda water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with a grapefruit wedge and serve.
