Ingredients

  • Tajin (or coarse sea salt) for rimming the glass
  • Plenty of ice
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Mexican Beer (such as Corona, Bohemia, Tecate, or Corona)
  • 4 limes (enough to squeeze into 1/4 cup lime juice)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon Soy sauce (Or Maggi)

Instructions

  1. Rim a chilled glass with Tajin (or coarse sea salt) by running a lime wedge around the rim and then inverting the glass onto a plate containing the Tajin.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and soy sauce, and whisk together.
  4. Pour the mixture into the glass.
  5. Slowly pour the beer into the glass, allowing the thick mixture to settle at the bottom.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lime or a small chili pepper for a festive touch.
