Ingredients

  • Coarse sugar or salt for rimming
  • 1/6 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/12 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/6 cup vodka or clear tequila
  • 2 tsp. simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rim a cocktail glass with grapefruit juice and dip in coarse sugar or salt.
  2. In a shaker, mix grapefruit juice, lime juice, liquor, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and pour in club soda.
  4. Pour the grapefruit mixture over the club soda.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit wedges if desired.
