Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz 80-proof white rum
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3 oz club soda
  • 1 mint leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, stir the sugar with the orange juice until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the white rum and pineapple juice to the pitcher and stir to combine.
