Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz brown butter-washed rye (or whiskey of your choice)
  • 3/4 oz palo cortado sherry (or amontillado or oloroso)
  • 1/4 oz lacto-fermented cherry syrup
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Pasubio
  • 1/4 oz thyme liqueur, preferably G.E. Massenez Garden Party

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the brown butter-washed rye, palo cortado sherry, lacto-fermented cherry syrup, Amaro Pasubio, and thyme liqueur.
  3. Stir the ingredients until well chilled.
