Ingredients

  • 1 oz White rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Cream of coconut
  • 1 splash Blue Curaçao syrup
  • Coconut flakes for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. Rim the edge of a shot glass with coconut flakes and set aside.
  2. In a shaker with ice, mix together white rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
  3. Shake well.
