Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 3/4 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 3/4 oz cream of coconut
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Bacardi white rum

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add Bacardi white rum to the mixture in the blender.
  4. Blend again until the rum is fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the coquito into a glass jar and seal it with a lid.
  6. Chill the coquito in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
