Ingredients

  • 1 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
  • 5.30 oz fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • ice
  • 1 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • To garnish: a wedge of pineapple

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine a handful of ice, Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum, fresh strawberries, lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the Daiquiri mixture into a hurricane glass and place it in the freezer.
  3. Rinse and dry the blender jug.
  4. In the same blender, combine another handful of ice, Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum, coconut cream, simple syrup, and fresh pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.
  5. Remove the glass from the freezer and gently top it up with the Piña Colada mixture.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with a pineapple wedge and enjoy.
