Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup whiskey (Jameson's Whiskey recommended)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free cream or alternative
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce (dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (mixed with a little water to form a paste)

Instructions

  1. In a cup or small jug, combine the chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder), vanilla extract, and instant coffee, stirring until the coffee dissolves.
  2. Transfer the mixture along with the condensed 'milk' and other ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend the mixture, ensuring the condensed milk has cooled if homemade.
  4. Pour in the measured whiskey and blend briefly to combine without overdoing it, avoiding a frothy milkshake texture.
  5. Transfer the liqueur to a 1-liter container and refrigerate to chill.
  6. When serving, shake the bottle well and pour over ice or add to hot chocolate for a luxurious touch.
